Ingredients: young jackfruit, coconut milk, chicken, egg, beef skin crackers, tofu, palm sugar, chili, garlic, shallots, bay leaves, candlenut, coriander, lime leaves, and salt.

This program is part of ICONE’s fundraising initiatives to establish the future Indonesian Community Center in New England and to conduct ongoing community/educational/cultural programs across the region.
