An Indonesian traditional soup originating from Makassar, South Sulawesi. It is a variant of soto, traditional beef stew with seasoned broth made from ground peanuts and spices.

This program is part of ICONE’s fundraising initiatives to establish the future Indonesian Community Center in New England and to conduct ongoing community / education / cultural programs across the region.
