Sharing Session with Dr. Handry Satriago

Join us for a sharing session with Dr. Handry Satriago, a CEO of General Electric Indonesia and the author of #Sharing. In the sharing session organized by ICONE, Inc. and Association of Indonesian Students at MIT (MIT-AIS), he will talk about “Leadership & Global Talent Development in Indonesia”. From his experience leading a multinational corporation for more than two decades, Dr. Satriago will talk about his work in developing talents in Indonesia. He will discuss about the determining factors of the talent competitiveness ; diversity and inclusion, mindset, cultures and practicalities.

More about Dr. Handry Satriago

He is very passionate about education and technology.  He is inspired to see Indonesian talents becoming global leaders. He travels all around Indonesia to give public lecture to Indonesian young generation by showing them the newest update about the world’s business condition and how Indonesian talents can adapt and innovate to win the competitions.

Dr. Satriago’s books, #Sharing and #Sharing 2 are based on his popular twitter account, @handryge.  He discusses lessons he learned from his life, the leadership and management practices he had learned over 20 years of work, including the last several years as  the CEO of the multinational corporation in Indonesia. In wheelchairs from the age of 17, his life is a real example of constant fights against limitations. His love for education, respect for science, and passion to find talented youngsters to be leaders of the future made the book very inspiring.
