DESCRIPTION:Register now for a culinary adventure of authentic Indonesian cooking in a fun and interactive cooking session with our experienced chef. You will learn techniques of Indonesian cooking and become familiar with varieties of spices and other must have ingredients that make Indonesian food so delightfully tasty. \nThrough demonstration and some hands-on experience\, together we will prepare two famous Indonesian dishes: \n\nAyam Woku (Chicken Woku)\, a spicy chicken dish originating from Manado (North Sulawesi)\nSiomay\, Indonesian steamed fish dumpling with vegetables served in peanut sauce\n\nReserved for max. 10 people/class. \nRegister and make your payment through the “Tickets” section at the bottom of this page. \nRegistration deadline: February 4\, 2016. \nThank you and see you then! \n[For additional information about Indonesia\, please click here] \n\nThis cooking class is brought by Indonesian Community of New England\, Inc.
